A lot of people will read over a company’s mission statement quickly, not putting much thought into it. However, we didn’t come up with our mission statement quickly. It took years to hone and define what we want Ernie’s Automotive to be for our customers, and our community. We hope you’ll take our Mission Statement seriously, because we truly do.

As a family-owned business, we are committed to providing superior service to our customers and their vehicles. We stand behind everything we do with a Nationwide Warranty, supported by a network of independent repair shops across North America.
Our first priority is to keep you safe on the road. That’s why we do a thorough check of your vehicle to find not only the repair needs that you have brought your vehicle in for, but also those you may not know about. We will advise you of all of your vehicle’s repair needs—the pressing ones and those that can wait a while—so you can make an informed decision about your repairs.
